"The first thing was that the pictures were okay on the site, BUT it didn't show how dirty the place was. We got there and the outside was questionable. but we had to get ready to attend our event so we didn't have the time to really check out the place until we came back around 10pm. I was told by the host that the place was being cleaned after the previous tenants left. Well they must have left over a month ago because that place was dirty...with a capital D!! ANTS in the rooms, rust on top...

Owner was very communicative before, during and after our stay answering any questions I had. Location was perfect, just about 10 minutes from Ocean City, close to the beach and boardwalk. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return !"

"Property was filthy, had to essentially beg for the check in information. Front lock didnt function properly. Neighbors smoking and stood there eyeing us up, laughing at us mesisng with the lock. spent 15 minutes onsite most of which was calling local hotels trying to find last minute availability. STAY AWAY. This host/property has a habit of this kind of review. IMO, I would avoid this unless it was the last place in town, even then, I might sleep in my car...."
