"Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. "The front staff was very friendly, they had freshly baked cookies at the front desk. The breakfast has freshly baked banana bread and a staff member that cooked eggs to your order. These few things I've mentioned gave this property a small hometown type of feeling. However I found the king bed we slept in to be on the very firm side I would have liked something a little softer."
