"My wife and I stayed 1 night at his hotel as a stop point to a trip to Brussels. A small and very charming Dendermonde downtown is 8 minutes drive away from the hotel, where restaurants can be find easily. Room was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is located in countryside atmosphere, so it is very quiet and relax. Only drawback I saw was regarding room temperature. It was a bit cold at the beginning, but OK after 30 minutes of heater operation. Stunning breakfast! Free...

"Gorgeous building and lovely, clean room. Stayed here with my wife and had an excellent time, we took the romantic suite. The room is really big and spacious, with a separate (equally as big) bathroom. The room was quiet and had everything we needed including a fridge! We checked in early, left the bags in the lounge and explored the city. Check in and out was really easy and there is a toilet just up the stairs if you need it in case you get to the hotel early and are dropping bags off. The...

"I would highly recommend this stay for anybody! Alex the host was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in and he allowed us to come in early and drop off our luggage and gave us a tour of the property. Breakfast was nice and we even met his dog Luna :-). We were a block away from a portion of the Christmas markets and about 8 minutes from all the downtown shops and sights. Stop looking and just stay here!"
