"We spent 30min trying to get into the apartment only to find out that the code wasn't working. We contacted Atomic Stay for a new one which arrived within minutes. We had to contact them again to find the flatware that was located in a "hidden" drawer. The apartment is roomy for two people and has as was mentioned in other comments a very comfortable bed. But the apartment felt cold, no personal touch. No coasters for putting a cup on the glas table, no napkins, no tissues and a grand total of 3...

"We found bed bugs on the linens / beds!! It`s such a disgusting experience. It was Christmas Eve, December 24th and, instead of checking in and going out tohave dinner and celebrate, we found ourselves waiting for the housekeeping to come and change everything on our beds, including the mattress cover and duvet cover."

"A reserva deste hotel incluia serviço diário de limpeza e arrumação do quarto, infelizmente isto não ocorreu e nos 6 dias que estive hospedado lá não foi feita nenhuma limpeza ou arrumação do quarto, fora que o chuveiro gotejava muito e o cooktop não estava funcionando. Fiz a reclamação destes ítens na recepção do hotel por 2 vezes e nada foi feito, infelizmente... O quarto é confortável e a localização boa mas, este acontecido me deixou bem insatisfeito com esta estadia. "

"This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children under the age of 4. The 5 bedrooms accommodated all of us and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. The backyard is great for kids and adults! The location is perfect. Close to many excellent restaurants and the Pearl Street mall. We would all stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and the self checkin/keyless entry was great! We would definitely rent this home...
