Spacious 325 m² winemaker’s house in the center of Lespignan, just 15 minutes from beaches and tourist attractions. Offers two guest rooms with a shared bathroom, suitable for 4 or 5 guests.



Both 20 m² rooms are air-conditioned and feature smart TVs; one includes extra accessories. The 160 m² garden has fruit trees and a barbecue. On the ground floor, a 75 m² wellness area—covered and open year-round by reservation—features a therapeutic massage spa, swim spa, infrared sauna (all available for an extra fee), plus foosball, billiards, and a large-screen projector.



Breakfast, dinner, and wellness area bookings must comply with house rules before reserving. Not suitable for children or guests with reduced mobility.

Spacious 325 m² winegrower's house in Lespignan offering two large guest rooms for 4 or 5 people. Each 20 m² room ensures comfort and privacy: the first is fully equipped, the second includes an additional 120 cm bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature smart TVs. Guests share a large common area with a big table, panoramic sofa, pool table, projector, and music corner.



On the ground floor, a 75 m² wellness area—covered and accessible year-round under certain conditions and available for an extra fee—features a professional massage spa, counter-current swimming spa with adjustable turbine, infrared sauna, foosball, and ping-pong.
