Villa Adelinda is a luxurious one-story villa located right on the Lake Maggiore. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Adelinda you will enjoy a fascinating view of the lake Maggiore and of the garden. Villa Adelinda is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the lake, a private patio with a view of the lake, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.6 km (one mile) from Lesa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards) and shops at 500 meters (550 yards).
You will reach Villa Adelinda from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Adelinda you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Villa Adelinda is a gorgeous, luxurious villa located right on the shore of Lake Maggiore. It's surrounded by its own idyllic private garden, 80,000 square meters of peaceful paradise that extends right to the water's edge, where you can relax and feel at home.


You'll find a beautiful private swimming pool on the property, along with a 9-hole practice golf course and tennis court. You can play basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, football and go canoeing, among other games and sports.


On request you can practice water skiing or make a magnificent and romantic lake cruse with a 15 meters vintage sailing yacht (year 1925).


A 12 meters vintage taxi motor boat (year 1926) can bring you as well to the most exclusive waterfront restaurants while tasting a glass of champagne at sunset, or bring you to visit the "Borromeo's" islands and the "Santa Caterina" convent situated on a cliff over the water.


The owners live in a nearby villa on the property. They will protect your privacy while offering assistance as needed, and will provide tourist advice on the area's activities on request.


To give you a warm welcome to this spectacular property, the evening of your arrival you'll be treated to a delicious dinner prepared by the owners.


At Villa Adelinda you will have maid service three hours a day (from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. - from Monday to Saturday).  A cook is available upon request.


In the garden you will also find an Annex, with a matrimonial bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, available upon request and at an additional cost, in order to sleep up to 10 people.

From the property you will have a direct access to the lake through a pier.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.6 feet) to 1.50 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the lake. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the lake and of the garden and swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake.
Fitness Room
At Villa Adelinda you will find a fitness room equipped with an exercise bike, a home gym and a fitness bench. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the garden.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming, and include three sofas and three armchairs. There is a big and elegant fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window with a view of the patio, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden by a curtain), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The furnishings of the mezzanine include two sofas and a desk. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The mezzanine has two large panoramic windows. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. Here you will be able to have fun with a pool table.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious, well decorated and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include an armchair.
