Private enclosed garden of 300 m² with trees and a right of way (a second house is located nearby). Shelter for bicycles or motorcycles. Basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque, molkky, and skittles.
Horseback riding is organized every Sunday or by reservation; individual lessons are available, as well as holiday camps during school breaks. If you love horses and forest walks, this is the place for you! Located in the heart of the Bourse state forest, the gîte is opposite the owners' equestrian center. You can enjoy recreational or competitive riding, explore the many hiking trails on site, and access the greenway 3 km away. You can also take advantage of the Mêle-sur-Sarthe leisure center 5 km away (free supervised beach, mini-golf, games, pedal boats, etc.). The gîte and its surroundings within the equestrian center are not suitable for large parties. If you wish to host a hen party or other event, you will find other, more appropriate venues.

Elsa and Thomas left the Paris region 10 years ago to settle in this former equestrian farm and create a 24 ha center entirely dedicated to outdoor riding. Open to all audiences, the equestrian center is labeled by the French Equestrian Federation, Center for Equestrian Tourism and Tourism and Handicap (the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility). A state graduate in psychomotricity, Elsa practices therapy with horses. Many activities are offered throughout the year: walks, courses, courses, hikes.
