Grand Gite de la Mondette

Nestled in lush greenery, La Mondette offers a peaceful stay amidst vineyards and meadows (13 hectares) with animals (goats, donkeys, a pony, and a horse). Located at the gateway to the Dordogne region and 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion, the Périgord terroir and fine Bordeaux wines will delight even the most discerning palates. You will stay in a fully restored stone building, adjoining another gîte, with a terrace and enclosed garden. The owners' swimming pool (4.20 x 11 m) is available from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, along with a water slide, swing, ping-pong table, volleyball court, badminton court, and pétanque court. There is also a pond on the property with a small rowboat. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room completes this level. A separate WC is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the cottage has three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a second with a double bed (140cm), and a third with two single beds (90cm). There is a shower room and a separate toilet. Heating is electric. Fans are provided in the bedrooms. Bed linen and towels can be rented, and a cleaning service is available (at an additional cost). Tea towels and bath mats are provided. Internet access is via Wi-Fi using powerline adapters (CPL). For families, a cot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided upon request. It is also possible to rent both cottages together to accommodate more guests, under reference G7016.
