ROSE Vacances offers you this town centre house, ideally located just a stone's throw from the fishing port, pedestrian streets and the large beach of Sables d'Olonne.

House that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for a family holiday or with friends!



A bright and welcoming interior

The accommodation consists of:

A living space flooded with light, equipped with two comfortable sofas and a TV.

On a split level, a functional kitchen (kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso) and its dining table for convivial meals.

On the 1st floor: a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a baby bed and a private bathroom.

On the 2nd floor: a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

A shower room equipped with a shower cubicle, a sink and a storage unit.



Little extra: a bike is put at your disposal to discover the city in a different way!

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry

In case of non-compliance or if thorough cleaning is necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
