Accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or with friends.

Bright living/dining room equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, table and 6 chairs.

Independent and functional kitchen: oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker Senseo capsule coffee maker.

Bathroom: bathtub, sink and hair dryer.

Separate toilet.

1st bedroom: two single beds (80 cm) bedside table wardrobe.

2nd bedroom: bunk beds (2x90 cm) wardrobe.

3rd bedroom: double bed (140 cm) bedside tables wardrobe.

Large peaceful garden with excellent south-facing exposure, tree-lined with a terrace: perfect for spending evenings around a good barbecue and challenging your mates to a game of table tennis.

Located in the heart of the La Chaume district, a truly emblematic fishing village in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Everything can be done on foot or by bike: shops, market, supermarket, bakery, butcher's, pharmacy…

1 km from the ferryman's landing, which takes you to the main beach and the Remblai.

15 minutes on foot from La Chaume quay and its restaurants.

7 minutes by bike from Paracou beach.

10 minutes by car from the town centre and the SNCF railway station.

Arrival: from 4pm

Departure: by 10am at the latest



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins

Gather used laundry in the entrance

Additional charge if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).
