The accommodation consists of a living room area equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, WIFI, a dining table with 8 chairs and a fireplace to gather around a good meal.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace and garden.

With an adjacent functional and fully equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, coffee machine (Krups)...



On the sleeping side, you will find a first bedroom with two single beds in 90 with a wardrobe, a second with a double bed in 140 and a chest of drawers, a third bedroom with a bed in 140, a large wardrobe and a walk-in closet and a fourth double bedroom with a bed in 140 and an adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin and storage unit.



Finally, a fully equipped bathroom, with bathtub, towel dryer, hairdryer, double washbasin with storage unit.

Separate toilets.



You will enjoy a fully enclosed garden, a wooden terrace with pergola, well-exposed and quiet; the little extra of this house: the swimming pool!

This place is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or spending beautiful summer evenings around a barbecue. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue are provided.



You will have a parking space in front of the house and you can also park freely and for free in the street.
