ROSE Vacances offers you this renovated and beautifully decorated two-storey house in the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, just a few metres from the pedestrian streets and the main beach.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with family and friends in complete peace of mind!

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV, and a dining area with table and high chairs for enjoying a good meal.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
There is a separate WC in the entrance hallway.

On the night side, upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a cupboard and an adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and towel rail, and a second spacious bedroom with a double bed (140cm), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
A second shower room completes this sleeping area, with shower, towel rail, hairdryer and washbasin with storage unit.
The oak parquet flooring in these two bedrooms adds to their warm ambience.

You'll enjoy a terrace, ideally situated at the back of the house, which is quiet and fully enclosed. Ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach or enjoying a barbecue on a warm summer's evening! Garden furniture, parasol and electric griddle are all available.

Finally, there's a garage with a washing machine and all you need for housework, where you can park a car less than 4.50 metres long, otherwise there's a charge for parking in the street.
