ROSE Holidays offers you this pleasant two-storey house, ideal for a family or friends' getaway. Functional and well-organised, it offers comfortable spaces to gather together whilst preserving everyone's privacy.

Located near the harbour, it allows you to easily enjoy walks, shops and the maritime atmosphere.



Capacity: up to 5 people.



Accommodation comprising:



• Friendly living room, ideal for relaxation moments

• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and bean coffee machine, kettle, toaster), dining table with 5 chairs



The rooms, located on the floor:

• Room 1: double bed

• Room 2: two single beds

• Room 3: a single bed of 110 for 1 person



• Bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor



• Basement with laundry room (equipped with a washing machine), convenient for stays of several days

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
