Welcome to the Yellow Place, a cozy and bright studio, fully renovated in 2022, ideally located in the heart of the city of Les Sables d'Olonne, in the iconic Île Penotte neighborhood, famous for its streets decorated with seashells.



Once your vehicle is parked, everything is done on foot: Grande Plage 50 meters away, pedestrian streets (original shops, halls and market, ...), great variety of restaurants, seasonal activities and walks along the seafront.

This comfortable studio is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. It consists of:

- A warm living area with: 2 sofa beds, a functional kitchen and dining table, television, storage.

- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

📅 Practical Information



Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry / flexibility outside peak hours.)

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

🧼 Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

🛏️ Linen: Sheets & towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

🔒 Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
