Welcome to this lovely 115 square metre house, offered by ROSE Vacances, a comfortable and bright accommodation located in Les Sables-d'Olonne, Hameau des Pins district, close to the beach and local shops at Les Présidents.



With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people.



You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi connection, television, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and many other amenities.



On the night side, you will find a ground floor bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs, they are all equipped with comfortable beds and wardrobes, two of them have an adjoining bathroom. You will also have a baby bed if needed.



The house has a lovely little garden sheltered from view and sunny with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for moments of relaxation with family or friends.



The house has a private parking space in front of the house and a space in the outdoor parking lot of the residential area, you can also enjoy common facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).

An electric vehicle charging station is available (15 euros charged per charging).
