ROSE Vacances offers you this charming studio ideally located on Rue du Palais, just 50 metres from the sea, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne town centre.



Located on the 2nd floor with no lift, this bright studio offers a partial sea view from the window and provides all the comfort needed for a stay for two.



✨ The accommodation consists of:

• A main room with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2 people), lounge area and dining space.

• A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.

• A functional bathroom with shower, sink, storage unit and toilet.



An ideal pied-à-terre to fully enjoy Les Sables d'Olonne, do everything on foot and let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere of the town centre and the seafront.

🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes (if applicable)

– The type of coffee maker
