ROSE Holidays offers this 3-bedroom apartment, located in a quiet, secure residence, just 2 km from the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.



Recently built and in a peaceful environment, you will benefit from two private parking spaces and access to the communal swimming pool of the residence (open from June to September).



You will also be able to enjoy the fitted balcony to share good meals with family or friends.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality:
