The spacious, welcoming, and functional living room invites you to share wonderful moments with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary crockery and utensils for easy cooking. For your comfort, the apartment also includes a washing machine, a television, and a private parking space in the basement (5.10m x 2.39m).

Two comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 people: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a second bedroom with three single beds (90x190cm), ideal for children or friends. The bathroom has a bathtub, a bidet, and a sink, while the toilet is separate for added convenience.
