The apartment is on the second and top floor of the building (no elevator) and comprises:
First level: a bright living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen/living room, one bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm), and a separate toilet.

Duplex: two bedrooms (one spacious bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm, and the second with a sloping ceiling with two single beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together, and an ensuite shower room), a bathroom, a laundry room, and a separate toilet.

Amenities included: Nespresso coffee machine, baby cot/high chair, Wi-Fi, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: Electricity and electric heating.
