Built in 2021 with high-quality materials, this chalet was designed for family and friends to gather and comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests.

It features a spacious, light-filled living area with a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining space, and a cozy lounge with a beautiful fireplace.

In summer, life revolves around the outdoors. Start your morning with coffee facing Mont Blanc in the golden light. Spend lazy afternoons lounging on the solarium sun deck. Then fire up the barbecue for a family dinner under the open Alpine sky — with the Mont Blanc massif as your backdrop. On cooler evenings, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and cosy fireplace lounge bring everyone together inside.

Four tastefully decorated suites, each with its own private bathroom:

Hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata — the Chamonix Valley has something for every age and ability. Back at the chalet, the 6-person sauna is the perfect way to wind down as a family. The sun deck with loungers, XXL-screen TV lounge, baby-foot table, and board games ensure the fun continues long after sunset.

Secure garage with bike rack and fast-charging station for e-bikes and electric cars, laundry room (washer & dryer), ski room with boot and glove dryers for the winter season.

Motorized centralized shutters, underfloor heating on every level, exterior insulation, and soundproof partitions between rooms — so the kids sleep soundly and the adults can breathe.



Guest Access:

Self check-in via digicode — arrive at your own pace. The chalet is managed by Pangea Services, a local concierge team based in Les Houches, on hand before and during your stay to help with anything you need.



The Neighborhood:

Coupeau is one of the most peaceful and sun-filled corners of the entire Chamonix Valley. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails start right outside the front door, with routes for all levels — from gentle family walks to more challenging Alpine ascents. Chamonix town centre, with its restaurants, shops, and activities, is just a short drive away. Please note: a car is essential to make the most of your stay.



Getting Around:

By car: The chalet is just 10 minutes from the expressway, ensuring quick and easy access year-round.

By train: Les Houches station is a 15-minute walk away, or Sallanches station nearby.

By air: Geneva Airport (1h), Lyon Airport (1h45).
