Welcome to Chalet Pestel, built in 2011 and located in Les Houches, offering exceptional views of the natural surroundings. Perfect for a mountain getaway, it enjoys a quiet and prime location. The chalet features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 sleeping areas on the mezzanine.
Ideal for families or groups of friends. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook for everyone. You’ll love the peaceful setting, especially the large garden and balcony.

🏠 CHALET PESTEL

The chalet is approximately 140 m² and features a large garden of around 500 m², making it ideal for families. It can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.

🌳 OUTDOOR AREA

The chalet has a large private garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

🛋️ LIVING AREA

The living room is located on the first floor. It features a comfortable seating area, a fireplace, a TV, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area, all offering stunning views of the mountains.

The dining table can seat up to 10 people.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably, including a stovetop, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and more.

The chalet is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, and a few coffee capsules will be provided upon arrival.

🛏️ BEDROOMS

All bed and bathroom linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels).

- Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, on the same level as the living room. It features a double bed, a desk and plenty of storage space.
- Bedroom 2: Also located on the first floor. It features a double bed and plenty of storage space.
- Bedroom 3: Also located on the first floor. It features bunk beds and plenty of storage space.
- Sleeping Area 4: Located on the mezzanine level on the second floor. It features two single beds separated from the rest of the space by curtains and offers beautiful mountain views. Storage space is also available.
- Sleeping Area 5: Also located on the mezzanine, this space features a double bed and a TV. Please note that this sleeping area is open to the living room.

🛁 BATHROOMS

The chalet has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels and bath mats).

🎿 SKI / STORAGE AREA

A large garage is available for storing all types of equipment, including skis and mountain bikes.

Up to 6 vehicles can be comfortably parked in front of the property.

On the ground floor, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It also includes a drying rack and ironing equipment.

The property is located in a quiet area of Les Houches, close to the village centre and numerous hiking trails. It is also just a few minutes` drive from the Les Houches ski lifts and approximately a 10-minute drive from Chamonix town centre.

Please note that there are stairs inside the property.
