Le Poinçon, Résidence les logis du forgeron

Just 15 minutes south of Angers, between Loire and vineyards, Le Poinçon is a charming duplex of 31 m² ideal for a stay for two, whether to discover the region, recharge your batteries or telework in a quiet and authentic environment.

Located within the Logis du Forgeron, this fully equipped cottage can accommodate up to 3 people. Upstairs, you will find a cosy bedroom with a double bed 160x200. On the ground floor, a pleasant living room with open kitchen allows you to fully enjoy your stay. A bench can also be used as an extra bed for a third person (option to book: €30/night).

You will benefit from a private parking space as well as a private terrace furnished with garden furniture and two deckchairs, ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal or enjoying a quiet moment of relaxation.

The cottage has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a TV with Netflix, a dining area and everything you need for an independent stay.

From May to September, enjoy the shared pool thanks to a daily private slot guaranteeing calm and privacy. The schedule of booking slots can be consulted in the photo gallery of the announcement.

Note: the cottage is currently not adapted to the reception of people with disabilities. Linen is offered as an option (€15/person, on reservation at least 48 hours before arrival).
To travel light and enjoy your last moments on site, an end-of-stay cleaning package is offered at a rate of €40. This service is to be booked no later than 48 hours before your departure.
