Welcome to our charming and cozy 27 m2 studio in the mountains! Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, just 20 km from the medieval town of Sarlat, and only 300 m from the town centre of Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, our rental is in a wonderful location for you to explore the region. You'll enjoy the calm serene setting of the area and the convenience of its location, just a stroll away from the shops.

Our STUDIO features a Sofa bed. Rent bed linens on-site for €16/person/week and enjoy the bed made on arrival for €10/bed. After a day of strolling through the nearby shops, catch a show on the TV. Craving fresh air? Step out onto the terrace. Low-speed Wi-Fi is available for FREE at the reception and in your apartment. Premium Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.

Prepare for the day in the 1 BATHROOM. You can rent towels on-site for €12/kit.

Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a fridge, a microwave grill, a kettle, a ceramic hob and an extractor hood. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker!

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Le Clos du Rocher, where our property is conveniently located. These include the outdoor pool (open from the beginning of April until the end of September), the gym, and the children's playground.

If you are bringing a car to explore this beautiful area, and there is FREE parking available on-site (subject to availability). Please let us know if you'd like to bring a pet with you and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/day or €46/week. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.

Please note that a small daily tourist tax per person and a €300 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided from €40 to €60. Or, tidy up your space using the cleaning kit, available for €3.90/kit.

Take a day trip toThe Vézère Valley, just an hour away, and take in the beauty of a number of Unesco World Heritage sites. The historic caves of Lascaux is another fascinating place to visit, just a 30-minute drive away.
