Built in traditional Périgordian style with thick stone walls, the house stays naturally cool in summer and features a cozy living room with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, each with its own sink. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the interior layout.

Outside, guests can relax on the covered terrace overlooking the playground and the communal swimming pool, making it a favorite among families with children. The estate is surrounded by nature, offering direct access to scenic walking trails and tranquil landscapes. The managers live on-site and are available to assist or surprise you with thoughtful touches during your stay.

Located near Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, known as the World Capital of Prehistory, the home is perfectly positioned for exploring the Vézère Valley’s archaeological treasures, including the famous Lascaux Cave. The area is also ideal for canoeing, hiking, and discovering the picturesque charm of the Dordogne region. Bed linen is included, and additional amenities such as kitchen and pool towels, baby equipment, and firewood are available on request.
