Apartment at the foot of the slopes and ideally located in the resort center

Nice studio with a total surface of 33m2 located in the residence "Vallée Blanche" equipped with an elevator, at the foot of the slopes, in the immediate vicinity of the crèche and the nursery and about 100 meters from the main ski lifts and the 'ESF, you will also be close to all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, municipal swimming pool, ice rink, ...).
It is made up of a separate cabin area and a large south-facing balcony with a view of the resort's swimming pool and skating rink and the Muzelle. You will also benefit from secure parking with a barrier in the residence's private car park.

The separate cabin area is made up of a 90x190 triple bunk bed.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The WC is separate.
The kitchen, also separate, is completely new and perfectly equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, pyrolysis oven, soup machine, juice extractor, ...).
The living room will also serve as a bedroom, offering you a real 160x190 sofa bed fitted with a Bultex mattress to guarantee you all the necessary comfort, as well as a 4-position Japanese futon 90x195 that can be used as a bed for one person.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Please make your arrangements (fitted sheets and duvet covers compulsory for each bed used).

However, it is possible to rent them from the concierge who will give you the keys:
- double sheet kit and duvet cover 12 €
- single sheet kit and duvet cover € 10
- towel kit (one large and one small) 5 €

Cleaning is optional for 40 € (to be booked directly with the concierge).

Possibility to rent wifi hotspots from the tourist office.

You also have a ski locker in the basement of the residence to deposit your equipment.

We adhere to the loyalty program of Les 2 Alpes which will allow you to benefit from a reduction under certain conditions of up to 5% for the purchase of ski passes (code issued when signing the rental contract).

You can also benefit from a 40% reduction for the rental of ski equipment from a partner (code issued when signing the rental contract).

Our animal friends, even the smallest, are not allowed.

Even if our accommodation offers 6 beds, we recommend it rather to a family with several children or to 4 adults maximum.

The inventory and the delivery of keys will be done via a concierge. A deposit of 550 € for possible breakage and a deposit of 40 € for cleaning will be requested as well as an insurance certificate.
