Designed to comfortably accommodate up to five people, the house offers spacious rooms and thoughtfully designed areas so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay. Access to the cottage is via a staircase leading to the covered terrace. The entrance opens onto a large living/dining room with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. A hallway leads to 2 bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with 1 160x200 bed and 1 90x200 bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Covered terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. Basement accessible from the living room (laundry area currently under construction). 12-hectare unfenced property, parking, saltwater pool secured by a roller shutter (7m x 3.5m, depth 1.40m) with a 24 m² wooden deck. Towels and sheets included. Cleaning service available as an option. Note: The small house visible in the photos on the right is a vacation rental that can accommodate 3 people. It is not occupied because it cannot be rented at the same time as the main house.
