"This apartment is well located, quite close to the lifts, restaurants and equipment rental shop. All rooms have great views to the mountains and have a kitchen with the basic equipment one may need (apart from a oven). 2 bad things to note are that: 1- You have to opt between cleaning your room or paying the staff to do so 2- Amenities provided aren't replaced! Need more toilet paper? Good luck finding some while on a ski resort. The staff is ok-ish, nothing stellar, honestly."

"I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps.
