View on Lerici: apartment in the center but very quiet

The apartment is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday near the sea either for families or group of friends.
The flat has been completely restored in 2017 and fully refurbished to offer all modern amenities and comforts. The apartment is on the third floor of a historical building dated 17th century, very sunny and well distributed. It offers two double bedrooms and two sofa-beds in the living room for 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and has a dining area for 6 people. The bathroom has enclosure shower, bidet, and WC. All rooms have large windows with great views. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as cookery equipment, coffee machine, TV, washing machine and basic foods. For the little guests are supplied a camping cot, high chair and toys. Access to the apartment is exclusive.

Its superb location allows you to enjoy the lively city center attractions as many bars, shops, restaurants, beaches are a few steps away from home. Furthermore, this location represents a starting point for excursions / trips to Palmaria or neighboring islands, Porto Venere or exclusive 5 Terre as bus, taxi, and pier are within 200m.
Parking the car: Lerici is a locality ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), or, for non-residents, you can transit but do not stop. The parking lots closest to the apartment are:
- Parking La Vallata (recommended!), The biggest and the cheapest (€ 10 / day). From this parking lot there is a shuttle service to the center and then to the apartment;
- Lerici Centro car park, via Giacomo Matteotti (about 8 minutes walk from the apartment);
- Erbetta parking, via S. Biaggini
- Venere Azzurra parking, via S. Biaggini.

Summer time: ATTENTION! From June 15th to August 31st the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) is active, ie it is NOT possible to cross the access gates from 10.00 am to 7. 00pm and from 1.00 am to 5. 00am.
