Surrounded by the quiet beauty of Ligurian nature, Villino Belmondo is a detached holiday home overlooking the enchanting Gulf of Poets, in the hamlet of Pozzuolo, within the municipality of Lerici.
The property can accommodate up to 6 guests and is composed of:

one double bedroom,
one bedroom with bunk beds,
a spacious living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
The heart of the house is the sea-view terrace, shaded by a pergola—an ideal space for breakfast, al fresco dinners, or simply admiring the view of the gulf, with its boats, sunsets, and scent of the sea.

Outside, the house is surrounded by olive trees and green terraces, featuring a large garden and a wooden sunbathing deck set in the grass, equipped with loungers, deck chairs, an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a misting system to cool off on hot days.
A portable barbecue is also available for guests—perfect for relaxed meals on the terrace.

The comfort of a newly built home meets the simplicity of the Ligurian landscape: the garden may not be manicured, but it is authentic—filled with olive trees, glimpses of the sea, and deep quiet. It’s the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Villino Belmondo is reached via a narrow road, not suitable for large vehicles, but it includes private on-site parking.

Within 10–15 minutes on foot, you can reach the center of San Terenzo, with its beach clubs, bars, restaurants, and shops.
The renowned Baia Blu—one of the most beautiful beaches in the Gulf of Poets—is also easily accessible on foot.
Just a short walk from the house is a bus stop (near Bar Pozzuolo), offering convenient connections to Lerici, La Spezia, and the Cinque Terre.
