We welcome you to this fantastic house above the hills of Lerici, one step away from the sea and all the necessary comforts. The house has private parking in a very quiet and private area to make the most of your holidays

The house is divided into four floors:



At the entrance you will find a spacious and equipped kitchen with terrace and outdoor table.



The lower floor consists of a large living area with bathroom and spacious terrace and double sofa bed.

On the second floor we have 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom and 2 terraces.

On the top floor a pleasant attic with private bathroom, double bed and 2 windows that illuminate the entire space.



!!IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING!!

By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and must be completed by all travelers.



For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter, so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, an extra fee will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for bookings lasting more than 15 days.

A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic and photographed villages of the 5Terre. It combines the authentic charm of Ligurian tradition with modern comfort, offering a unique and unforgettable experience. The house is composed as follows:
-Living room with kitchen
-2 Double bedrooms
-1 Suite with double bed and one single bed
-2 Bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.
