This stylish and spacious chalet apartment for up to 6 guests is located on the first floor of a beautifully designed chalet near the center of Leogang. The chalet offers 2 apartments that can be rented separately or together, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.

The apartment features a large, light-filled living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and comfortable seating area. Two spacious bedrooms – one with an additional bunk bed – and a modern bathroom provide plenty of space and comfort. The chalet also offers a ski storage room, a garden, and parking directly at the property. The house was built by the owners themselves with great attention to detail, which is reflected in the warm atmosphere, high-quality materials, and generous layout.

In winter, the free ski bus (approx. 100 m from the chalet) takes you مباشرة to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with 270 km of slopes. The nearby ski areas Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See) and Kitzsteinhorn glacier also offer excellent alternatives.

In summer, enjoy swimming lakes, outdoor pools, hiking, and biking. The Epic Bikepark Leogang is just a short distance away. Shops and a wide range of restaurants are easily accessible in Leogang and nearby Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

Note: Due to heavy traffic during peak season, Sunday arrivals and departures are often the more relaxed and recommended option.
