"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Our stay in this, a former monastery, was just what we needed for our fifteen day stay. The apartment was pristine. It was very spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped-such a large space makes you feel right at home. The apartment looks exactly as in the photos. It’s located on a quiet street-you’re literally less than a one minute walk from the heart of the Old Town with its many restaurants, ice cream/souvenir shops, mini grocery store, a laundromat and the Duomo. Check-in was great....

"When we visited, the outside temperature was very, very hot. The upstairs bedroom air conditioners kept the bedrooms cool for sleeping. Our favorite thing about our stay was our kind host and the beautiful back garden. Alessandra has thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. "Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. Non mi capacito come questo locale sia ancora...

"The apartment has a great location, but that´s where it ends. It was supposed to have wifi included, but we had to pay €35 for the week we stayed there. During a heavy rainfall the electrical wires in the bathroom caught on fire resulting in no power in half the apt. We had the washing machine going which stopped working.
