The only thing that I will say is that the pictures advertised show both the main home and the studio, so it is misleading as to what amenities are available in your own space. Our family had lots of fun cooking together on the grill and playing pool and ping pong! The place was very spacious and clean, the only uncomfortable part was not having a large dining table. The neighborhood also seemed pretty safe. The house was conveniently located, with SD downtown and a lot of places we wanted to go to within 10-20 minutes of driving...
