Cocoonr is offering this 40 m² flat for rent in Lélex, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a living area with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a TV, sofa, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A loft area with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony facing the mountains

The flat is ideally situated in Lélex, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
- The Lélex cable car is just 200 m away, with direct access to the Col de la Faucille ski resort (free shuttle bus)
- In Lélex: downhill skiing, hiking, road cycling, mountain biking and downhill trails (one red and one black)
- At La Faucille: summer tobogganing, cycling and hiking
- At La Vattay: cross-country skiing
- Two lakes within 30 minutes’ reach, suitable for swimming
- Around 1 hour from Geneva, Voltaire’s castle and the Hérisson waterfalls

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (a numbered private parking space).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Bellegarde-sur-Valserine, approximately 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, approximately 50 km away
- Bus stop in front of the residence (line 53)

Other notes:
- The ski lifts will be open from 20 December 2025 to 29 March 2026, subject to sufficient snow cover.
- The opening dates for the ski lifts are available on the Pays de Gex Monts Jura Tourist Office website
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A fixed-rate surcharge may apply
