When you’re feeling peckish, prepare a delicious feast in the well-equipped kitchen, before serving up in the dining room, which enjoys plenty of natural light flowing through from the conservatory overlooking the garden. Afterwards, take the short passage to the two comfortable bedrooms, and the study which can also be made into a third bedroom. A cloakroom with WC is also to be found here. Refresh yourself in the family bathroom and wander outside to explore your private garden. Fully enclosed, you’ll find a wonderfully large lawn for fun and play, and a terraced patio area with a picnic table and sensational views.

The nearest coastal town, Aldeburgh, is only a 3-mile distance away and boasts a glorious sand and shingle beach. It’s also lined with Georgian streets full of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants. And any water sport enthusiasts will be delighted with the riverside location of the Alde Estuary which is right next to the shingle beach in the vibrant village of Thorpeness, only 2 miles away.
