"Good basic clean hotel room"

"Atendimento rapido, eficiente. Quartos grandes, bem equipados, confortáveis, limpos e completos. As instalações também estão em excelentes condições. Porém fica numa região sem muitas opções de restaurantes/comercio perto. É dependente de um carro ou uber pra fazer tudo."

"Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving. If I was to be picky, it is very minor points, I requested a twin room, but had a room for disabled...

"The hotel was in need of some tender loving care. It had clearly been a formidable building in its day and stood in extensive grounds but 3 centuries of wear have not been kind. There was no problem with cleanliness and the staff were excellent. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We chose this hotel because of the leisure facilities and we were not disappointed. "The property is old beams, four poster beds, sloping floors, beautiful property nice restaurant local to shops pubs and staff young and very helpful and polite nothing too much trouble, our room had a king size 4 poster bed high but very comfortable good shower too, definitely be going back again food was very good also and when you stay you get 10% off food and drink"

"Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor.. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."

"The room was spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Decaf and ordinary coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied and refreshed each day. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again."

"We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....
