The space
Private Home with Adjacent private residence

Our property offers a fully private home for your stay, ensuring you have your own entrance and space to relax and enjoy. Please note, this is a single-family residence that was split into a duplex. You will have access to the entire house (Side B) the garage is NOT included on that side. Side A and Side B share the main entrance into the property; however, each unit has its own locked entrance and are completely distinct, and the space you’ll be staying in is exclusively yours.


Security:

Cameras are installed outside around the property and at the main property entrance between the two units. Your space does NOT have cameras inside, only an alarm system with motion detection upon entrance.
Guest access
You will have access to entire house (Side B) except garage. The main entry into the property and the unit's entry are equipped with smart locks. A code will be provide to you 24 hour before you check in.

Parking area:

Please park on the LEFT SIDE of the driveway, the 2 spaces on the left side are available to you.
