This entire hotel was filthy. The elevator floor was covered in stuff and sticky and it felt like it was going to break down. The first floor smelled like cigarettes and the entire second floor smelled like swishers. The beds had fresh red and black stains and pieces of stuff all over them. It was obvious nothing had been washed. Wasted my money but we left because it was disgusting and felt unsafe. Do not stay here if you’re looking for something that’s even half decent.

Hotel has no sign label in it as the hotel. They don’t advertise when booking that the whole hotel is under construction and very noisy. Two customers were at front desk before I checked in complaining of blood being found in their rooms on their bedding.

We always book with this hotel because we like to know what we are getting. A breakfast was advertised but we got none and it was dirty. Long hair was all over the room and there was something g wrong with the heat. We had to disinfect everything before we touched it. It was gross and we can’t believe it is part of the chain. We will be travelling that route once a year for the foreseeable future and we’re seeking g secure clean hotels. We will not be goi g back and are considering finding a more reliable chain that offers consistency.

The staff was rude and charged extra for my registered ESA animals. The AC didnt really work, we couldn't get extra towels, pillows or toiletries and there was no breakfast free or otherwise. Im surprised a Wyndham hotel could get away carrying that name and be so abysmal

STAY AWAY! We just checked out early rather than stay, even though we prepaid for the room. My daughter got sick and threw up on the floor. Kids, right? We cleaned it up. And I mean I did, because they wouldn’t give us cleaning supplies, so I went and bought my own. They wouldn’t give us sheets, so my kids slept on a bed with no sheets. The sink also had a leak, so maintenance had to come in our room in the morning. When I brought all this up to the front desk, the manager told us that there was nothing he would do. Not only would we not be compensated for such a horrible stay, but they would not even change rooms. I’m military on a fixed budget just visiting my kids on leave, so I don’t have a ton of money, but I have never had worse service at a hotel, and I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels since I travel constantly. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

There was practically no counter space in the bathroom. I did appreciate the nite lite in there tho. There was no lamp on the nightstand between the beds. The drawer pull on the nightstand was missing. Just little things like this that could use some attention. . The beds were quite comfy👍

There were two different people at the front desk over the two days. The younger man who checked us in was great and friendly. He worked days. The other Polynesian gentleman who worked nights and morning was unfriendly. He was very short with myself when asking about breakfast (Only Oatmeal packets and coffee) and when I requested extended checkout Even though it's a no smoking facility the maintenance the elevator reeked of smoke from maintenance men. Water was not very hot as well. Tolerable but not hot.

We were wakened twice during the night with noise from other rooms. They weren't being loud but we could hear their T.V. at 5:00 am. Other than the desk chair, there was nowhere for us to sit. One of us had to perch on the foot of the bed to read, watch television, or drink coffee.

Check in was easy and fast. I’ve stayed here many times, and the rooms are usually clean. This time though the USB ports by the bed didn’t work, there were no cups for water or coffee, the toilet was dirty, and the floor around the toilet was disgusting! There was no trashcans in the room anywhere.

I was surprised they did not clean daily. Did not make bed or provide towels. Towels were provided when requested at front desk. Staff said short staffed and do not clean daily.

This is a basic, older hotel with great location to the I15 and with a comfy bed. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Major construction going on in the rooms next to mine. I asked to be moved and the desk clerk told me it wasn’t possible even though the hotel was nearly empty and rooms were available. No help. No service

Awesome place to stay.
The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the television remote, the staff on duty at the front desk took care of it right away. My only complaint was that the a/c would not blow as cold or fast as I would have liked. I woke up several times during the night in a sweat. It was close to dinning and shopping.

The room was large and comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The maid did not refill the coffee pods either morning but desk staff quickly took care of it. The motel is located next to a freeway, which was very convenient but a bit noisy. If I am in the area again I would stay there.

I thought it was clean overall and the staff were very kind and check-in and check-out was so easy and fast. Great for a couple nights of stay!

Ok so the hotel is close to the freeway and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. However, pool and hot tub are closed, “breakfast” is coffee, juice, and a Costco brand granola bar - no protein at all. Shower curtain didn’t even meet the tub so when we showered water got everywhere. Shower supplies was one small bottle of “conditioning shampoo” and a bar of soap. Housekeeping was asked to change our sheets (we declined all other services) and they didn’t even do that. Homeless were near the property and it smelled like weed often. It was a nightmare and I was so disappointed. Will never use this hotel again.
