"This unit is a basement of an house in a residential area of a suburb of Salt Lake City that was converted to a studio. It has nice funiture and is very clean. Only issues were: no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (a first for us staying at a short term rental) and the host did not offer to provide us some when we inquired about it; the place smelled like pot; and the host took several hours to respond to our inquiry about the soap, whereas we are used to hearing back within the hour at other...

"Arrived late in the evening and pulled out the sofa bed to find several crumbled chips that we had to shake off the bed. There were also numerous spiders that we had to kill before being able to sleep. Then at around 6:30am we were awakened by screaming children running around and stomping above us. We contacted the host who told us that they would look into it and get back to us. Fake plant covered in dust, toilet seat is too small for the toilet, light bulb burnt out in desk lamp, desk chair filthy. New dresser needed... tons of small drawers you can hardly fit clothes inside and not enough hangers for four people to hang coats.
