"It was a beautiful place to stay and relax before and after my son’s wedding. I was skeptical about the little room off of the master bedroom. But it had plenty of room in there with a closet and door to close it off. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a modern feeling and comfortable place to stay. "

"Arrived late in the evening and pulled out the sofa bed to find several crumbled chips that we had to shake off the bed. There were also numerous spiders that we had to kill before being able to sleep. Then at around 6:30am we were awakened by screaming children running around and stomping above us. We contacted the host who told us that they would look into it and get back to us. After 2 hours of constant insanely loud noise we ended up leaving as my husband needed a place that he would be able...

"Last-minute booking for being able to attend a family wedding was super smooth and easy thanks to our excellent host! Property was spacious, clean, and comfy for our family for several days. Very responsive communication and easy check-in and check-out. Great location and charming decor and ambiance. Would be great for littler kids as well with kid-friendly utensils and a play kitchen. "The overall stay was great. The room rate was great, however combined with Zermatt resort fee and Expedia fee negated any savings. Cold water in bathroom sink didn't work, everything else was great."

"Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues. Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid."
