"I enjoyed my stay - my room was nice, clean , and quiet. Staff were all very helpful and polite.
My only complaint is that there was no closet or even wall pegs to hang up a coat or garment back so my suit wouldn’t be wrinkled. With fall weather coming, people will need to have some place to hang up jackets rather than having to throw them over the sofa."
"The room was very clean and the staff was great. I received 3 different messages asking if there was anything else they could do and if we needed anything. Instead of just assigning me a room I was asked if the 3rd floor would be okay."
"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place.
The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk.
She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"

"Ficamos nesse hotel como pernoite, hotel simples, quarto grande mas antigo, cama não muito confortável, achei que deixa a desejar na limpeza, quarto com banheira e como a torneira estava pingando haviam deixado uma toalha dentro da banheira embaixo da torneira e estava encharcada achei nojento.
Não me hospedaria novamente.""

"The nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable beds, spotless clean bathroom lovely continental breakfast exceptional stay. Beautiful area too. "
"If you’re looking for quality this place isn’t it. It’s fine for a quick cheap spot to sleep but the building itself is in rough shape. The gym has little to no equipment and smelt awful but the pool was nice. The shower/tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. There were stains in the tub and hairs all over the shower walls. "
