Home has a private dock with ~4.5 feet of water and is set up with cleats to easily tie your own boat or rental. The home is also within walking distance to the SC&G #4 boat landing and launch to launch your own private boat or jet ski.

The home comes with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, amazing vacation.

Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If an event or a party is hosted by the guest they will be asked to close it down immediately. The second time the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will not receive a refund.

This property is a no smoking no vaping property and this is strictly enforced.
Pet friendly with paid pet fee of $125. Max of two dogs, no cats.
We do not allow pets to be on furniture. Please remember to clean up after your pet while on the property.

You are responsible for ensuring you do not cross contaminate the hot tub with lake water. We ask that you wear a different swim suit when going in the hot tub than one for the lake to avoid algae contamination. If the hot tub turns green, we will charge a $250 hot tub drain fee after your checkout.

*During winter months the lake is down. The view is the same, however the water at the dock may not be as deep.
