"The property is right on the water. Everything that they advertise is true. My husband and I kayak and there a was a nice spot by the house that was perfect for getting n the water. Everything in the house was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You do have to travel down red dirt roads to get to property. "What a cute cabin nestled in the East Texas woods. You have complete privacy and it is so quiet you can hear the birds and the crickets. We loved the decoration amd set up of the cabin. "This is a very lovely home in a beautiful setting on the lake. My wife and I were looking for someplace to just get away and relax. This place fit the bill perfectly. The grounds are well maintained making for such a peaceful setting. You can sit on the well built dock and fish, or just enjoy the view and serenity like we did. Inside, the recliners are a nice treat to sit and watch the large TV or just enjoy the view outside. The beds are comfortable also."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 15-year Anniversary. It was a nice little getaway for us. The house itself is very nice and its tastefully decorated. We spend every morning and evening on the front porch. We really enjoyed this tiny home. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the mattress in the bedroom. Overall were very pleased with this property."

"We had some issues with the TV and it did finally get resolved with the owner. The inside of the house was fine, you could tell no one had stayed there in a while, some things needed attention. The outside needs some TLC, path down to lake is very unstable, outside needs some cleaning up. We did have fun with staying in Holy Lake, we have some friends there. We will be back to Holy Lake for sure. Thanks"

He advised us that the lower and larger pond is a private waters club lake and was off limits.
