This villa includes a master suite with a King Bed AND a guest bedroom which includes a King Bed and Pocket Door to create an Additional Master Suite. This is perfect for two couples vacationing together or inviting guests during your stay. Both bedrooms include Posturepedic Pillow top Mattresses with Premium bedding & 32" HDTV's with DirectTV.

You will love cooking in this lovely, fully stocked Kitchen it includes Granite counter tops, Thomasville cabinets and Stainless Steel appliances. The living space comes equipped with a dining room table with seating for 4, a 50" HDTV with DirectTV, WIFI and plenty of comfortable seating for guests as well as a recliner for you to kick up your feet after a busy day. We have tried to think of everything for your stay so we have also included a few family board games, cards and books.

The Lanai opens with screened windows or you can enjoy the Completely Private outdoor patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

The leisurely lifestyle of The Villages cannot be complete without Golf Carts, 2 gas carts included with your rental. The garage is large enough to store both golf carts and park your vehicle to one side of the driveway. There is plenty of additional parking just steps from the front door if necessary.

We are Pet Lovers so don't forget your furry friend! We will accept well trained pets up to 30 pounds for an additional fee of $100 per pet (max 2).
