"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teach Titanic cottage. It was thoughtfully renovated keeping some of the original elements of the old historic cottage yet thoroughly modernizing it. "We enjoyed how quiet the property and surrounding area was. Went for a nice long walk and took in the Bay. The Annex has everything you need, besides a tv, but the view from the windows makes up for that. Tea on the back patio in the evening helped us relax after a day of travel. The following morning we had a lovely breakfast in the main house with lively conversation with the owners. They helped us plan our next day of travel. "

"Our family of 16, ages 76-4, enjoyed a wonderful week at Sunnybank house. We loved having enough room (and bathrooms!) for all I’ve rented a lot of vacation houses over the years and never been in one as well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for cooking was there It’s also walking distance (really) to several good restaurants. Clifden is the perfect location to explore Connemara and Mayo."

"Of the many visits to Ireland I've had, this could probably be my favourite cottage of all. The location is absolutely amazing how it's tucked away between the hills. The inside was very cute and cosy. Loved the nearest town, Oughterard, which had a lovely coffee spot, several grocery options, and an amazing pub. I didn't want to leave, and can't wait to come back."

"Eight of us stayed in Jimmy's home as our base for climbing Croagh Patrick. The home was sited beautifully just outside of Westport and impeccably clean. There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. If you're looking for a cozy, beautiful home in the Westport area, you cannot do better than this property. It won "best house" in our after-trip poll. "

"Our family of four spent three nights at Oakleaf Cottage and loved it!! The home is cozy, with all the accommodations including a full kitchen large living room and washer/dryer. The views are fantastic. Aine was so helpful offering recommendations for the many, many delicious restaurants in Westport. I would recommend this home to family and friends who want to explore this stunning region of Ireland. "

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

"This was a wonderful little getaway! Rory was super communicative and sent a wonderful list of things to do nearby! We checked out the pub he recommended Powers and it was phenomenal! The little barn was so cute and we felt right at home immediately. "
