Conveniently located just minutes from Leeds city center, you'll have easy access to Temple Newsam, Roundhay Park, First Direct Arena, shopping, and dining. It's the perfect retreat for relaxation and convenience, ideal for family vacations and contractors alike.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, French press, fridge-freezer, glassware, and all the pots, pans, crockery, and cooking utensils you need for your home away from home.

The living area features a dining table with chairs, a smart TV, and an Xbox. Additionally, there’s an eco-friendly Inspire home heating system, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board with iron.

The bathroom includes a shower, WC, hand basin, and mirror. Upstairs, you’ll find the family bathroom.
