• 72-hour window: These steps must be completed at least 3 days before check-in, or the reservation may be cancelled for security reasons (we’ll send reminders to avoid any issues).
• Why we require this: Professional screening and damage protection help keep the home safe and provide peace of mind for everyone.

Stayed for a city break weekend with partner and two teens. The hosts could not have been more helpful when we spotted a couple of issues and things were fixed immediately. It’s a city flat so some of this is not the fault of the hosts. The bedrooms were a little smaller than expected - but okay for a family of 4. I felt the cleaning needed a little refinement - but I’m picky about that type of thing. The lock box worked fine but lack of parking makes it less easy to access. No noise issues at all. Canal walk nearby makes accessing town more picturesque.
