"This condo was just right for our family. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. We were celebrating a graduation with extended family. We loved having the balcony to cook out and eat meals together with great views. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to use the amenities of the community. Rachel was very responsive to my questions and requests."

"We stayed here while visiting Zion. The condo was very nice and clean. We didn't use the pool or other amenities, but it felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel."

"The unit was very spacious. But we had a few issues, we called about. After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning. The problem was fixed, but the next day the smoke detector kept chirping. We called about it, but didn’t get any response. We finally removed the battery. We were hoping for better communications with the property manager."

We had a wifi issue that was resolved quickly and with such kindness by Don with Ubiquity. Brittany was great as the host and easy to get in touch with. "Our condo was beautiful and very accommodating. The place was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable! The clubhouse was a hit for the kids, they had games and the pool was great to hang out after a full day of hiking at Zion. We loved that our condo was just a 5 min drive to the store and restaurants. The town wasn’t packed and hectic traffic like Saint George. About a 25 minute drive to Zion national park. If we are out west again, we would definitely come back. Thank you!"

"This condo was great! The kids loved the bunk room and loved being all together. The other two rooms were nice with 2 king beds in them that were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice size and there were plenty of towels including pool towels for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make some meals with a nice big table to seat everyone. If there was one con, it was that the indoor pool and pool chairs need updating, but we only swam there once and the kids...
