"What can I say? This was my third visit, and I already have a booking for November, which I think speaks volumes. The hotel and grounds are very nice, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the food and drink of a good standard. But what draws me back most is the friendly and helpful staff. First impressions are very important, and employee of the month must surely go to Nevada who brightens up reception with her friendly smile, warm welcome, and bubbly personality!"

"A very convenient setting for the visit of myself and my wife plus our Cavalier King Charles Dog called Bella, to our daughter who lives in Bramhope. Very helpful staff and the breakfast's were excellent. My only gripe was the charge of £15.00 a night for four nights for our little dog who makes no mess and surely a thorough clean of the room at the end of our stay would suffice."

"We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. "Central, 10mins walk from the railway, well situated. The studio was very quiet, good size, well equipped with everything you would need to cook. Large TV. Comfy bed. The bathroom was clean, lovely shower; however, no hand soap and a small shampoo bottle left from previous tourist? I gave 4 stars only for cleanliness as the bottom bedsheet had to be changed due to few dark hairs! It was done quicky by a very helpful receptionist as it was late. I forgot to ask for his name but thank you!...
