Solosud is a lovely apartment perfect for exploring the beauty of Lecce, its Baroque architecture and its cultural and artistic vibrancy.
The two-room apartment has a street-facing entrance. The first room is 1 bedroom with French bed, enriched by a walk-in closet. From here one passes to the living room with 1 single sofa bed, open kitchen, dining room and TV.
Finally, a full shower room completes the interior.

Vacation house Solosud is located in Lecce in the area of Via Leuca, a neighborhood very close to the historic center, recently redeveloped, where there are all the main services, parks and public transport stops.
The location allows walking distance to the historic center and train station, as well as to all the most important city attractions.
The nearest beaches are those of the Adriatic coast, with San Cataldo, Spiaggiabella, Frigole and Le Cesine reachable by car or bus in a few minutes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Air conditioning in the bedroom.
- It is not permitted to exit from the kitchen door, as the external area belongs to another apartment.
