A spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Lecce, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment is located right in the historic center (ZTL), just a stone’s throw from Porta Napoli and all the main attractions: the Duomo, Piazza S. Oronzo, and the Castle of Charles V, among many others, are all within a few minutes’ walk. Recently renovated and furnished with designer pieces, it is the ideal choice for families and small groups of friends seeking relaxation and comfort.



The 77-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator: you’ll need to climb the stairs to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Open-concept kitchen with a dining table and a fully equipped cooking area featuring an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, moka pot, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- Living room with a double sofa bed, small fabric wardrobe, TV, and split A/C

- Half-bath accessible from the living room (note: there is one step at the entrance), equipped with a toilet, hand shower, and shower stall

- Bedroom I with a double bed, split A/C, a small fabric wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom (one step at the entrance) equipped with a toilet, handheld shower, and shower stall

- Bedroom II with a double bed, split A/C, dresser, and en-suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub with showerhead

- Small balcony furnished with a table and chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, mosquito screens, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lecce Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The keys to the front door are located inside a security box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.



After 9:30 p.m., check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - €25.00

- From 11:00 p.m. to midnight - €30.00

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - €40.00
